Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Bell Services Captain for Crown Towers Hotel to lead driveway operations and ensure exceptional guest arrivals. You will oversee valet, bell and door teams, coordinating vehicle flow and luggage handling with a strong on‑floor presence.

In this fast‑paced, guest‑facing role you’ll liaise with Front Office and hotel teams, coach staff to deliver five‑star service, and maintain safety and efficiency across a 24/7 roster. NSW driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel guest services, valet or front office supervision.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and guest focus.
• Unrestricted NSW manual driver’s licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams across valet, driveway and luggage operations.
• Manage vehicle flow and ensure safe, efficient guest arrivals/departures.
• Coordinate VIP and group movements, transport and logistics.
• Partner with Front Office and hotel teams for seamless service delivery.
