Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a Guest Arrival Attendant (Doorperson) to welcome guests and manage the hotel driveway with a premium service mindset. This full-time position supports Bell Services/Valet teams, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and guest experiences at our luxury hotel.

Ideal candidates bring high-end customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• NSW driver licence required; international licences must be transferred to NSW.
• Experience delivering high-end customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, calm under pressure and a can-do attitude.
• Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster; strong teamwork and autonomy.
• Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage driveway traffic to ensure safe, efficient arrivals and departures.
• Assist Bell Services/Valet with guest arrivals, departures and luggage/vehicle coordination.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests, including VIPs, with discretion.
• Multitask during peak periods while maintaining product knowledge and directions.
• Collaborate with the team to support smooth hotel operations at Crown Sydney.
