Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a growing multidisciplinary team. You will conduct behavioural assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings.

The role focuses on children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs, offering collaboration with families and stakeholders to improve quality of life

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Proficient level or above.
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
