Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Australia is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans to support clients across clinic, home, community and school environments.

You will collaborate with families, carers and other stakeholders, apply Positive Behaviour Support frameworks, and contribute to outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
