Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join one of Australia's leading allied health teams. You will conduct assessments, develop plans and deliver evidence-based interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings.

You will work with children, adolescents and adults with complex needs, collaborating with families and other professionals to improve quality of life and participation.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families.
