Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at one of our NSW clinics. You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions for children, adolescents and adults with complex needs.

Work across clinic, home, community and school settings, collaborating with families, carers and other stakeholders to improve quality of life and community

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
