Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core/Proficient/Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality plans/reports.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and understand participant needs.
• Create evidence-based PBS plans tailored to individual goals.
• Support participants with complex needs using PBS approaches.
• Collaborate with families and networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team valuing clinical excellence and learning.
