We’re seeking an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to assess, design and implement PBS plans, collaborate with families, and

Formación

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality PBS plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary).
• Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised PBS plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a PBS approach.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
