Qualifications

• Current suitability and registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience with endorsement at Core/Proficient/Advanced level.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients (NDIS participants) and their carers to identify needs through assessment and planning.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex space.
• Ensure plans reflect clients' goals, passions and strengths.
• Collaborate with team, clinical advisors and leadership to guide practice.
