Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in NSW seeks an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a growing multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on conducting behavioural assessments, developing high-quality Behaviour Support Plans and delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural support assessments.
