Qualifications

• Degree in allied health; suitable for NDIS support roles.
• Experience in report writing for clients and care plans.
• Strong organisational skills to manage varied caseloads.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to improve outcomes.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants, families and carers through assessment and planning.
• Own assessment, development and delivery of evidence-based support plans in a complex environment.
• Drive meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework and minimise restrictive practices.
• Ensure plans reflect participant goals, strengths and priorities.
• Build capability and confidence of staff supporting participants daily.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
