Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in homes, schools and community settings.

You will develop and implement function-based Behaviour Support Plans, conduct FBA, and work with families, carers and team members to maximise funding and outcomes. A relevant degree and registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Graduate Diploma in a relevant clinical field with registration.
• NDIS experience and demonstrated delivery of Behaviour Support Plans.
• Ability to work across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and clear background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants within diverse settings.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to inform supports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex challenges.
• Attend weekly hub meetings and contribute to a supportive team culture.
