Job summary

MedHealth Group is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Campbelltown/NSW to join Real Therapy Solutions, part of our national network. You will assess participants, develop PBS plans and support those with complex needs within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced) required.
  • Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality plans and reports.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
