Job summary

Better Rehab, a clinician-founded and clinician-led Disability and Aged Care provider in Canberra, offers a Senior Physio role with autonomy over your calendar and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You’ll deliver care to NDIS and aged care participants across homes, clinics, and community settings, backed by a 14-clinician Canberra team and robust supervision. Flexible structure, dedicated PD budget, and a rewarding rewards program are provided.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration is required.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• At least 3 years post-grad experience in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS and Aged Care participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings to build long-term relationships.
• Be supported by intake and clinical leadership with 1:1 supervision and group supervision.
• Contribute to flexible scheduling and personalised professional development.

What You’ll Do

Based in Canberra, you’ll support NDIS and Aged Care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Canberra office has a team of 14 clinicians with a make up of:

• 5 OT's
• 2 Speech Pathologist's
• 3 Physiotherapist's
• 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
