Job summary

Better Rehab on the Gold Coast seeks a clinician to support NDIS participants across homes, clinics and community settings. You’ll work in a hybrid role with flexible scheduling and supervision to support your growth.

Ideal candidates have PBS Registration, 2+ years in Behaviour Support, and a background in Psychology or Social Work. This role offers autonomy, development opportunities and a competitive base with rewards.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration with Core Suitability is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check are required (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years experience within Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Based at Arundel, support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings with supervision and multidisciplinary support.
• Engage participants with autonomy over scheduling and development.

What You’ll Do

Based at Arundelyou’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Arundel office has a team of 5 clinicians with a make up of:

3 OT's, 1 Speech Pathologists and 1 Physiotherapist.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
