Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led practice offering flexible work arrangements across community, clinic, and work-from-home options in Queensland.
Based in North Lakes, you’ll support NDIS participants with a diverse caseload, backed by a strong intake and clinical leadership team, with opportunities for professional growth and autonomy over your calendar.
Flexibility with structure. Autonomy with real support. Better Rehab is clinician-founded and clinician-led. Our leaders understand the realities of clinical work because they’ve lived it. That means realistic expectations, genuine flexibility, and a workplace designed for long-term, sustainable careers. You’ll have control over how your diary is structured, with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.
Experience real flexibility, work-from-home options, and supervision that's customised to you, no matter where you are in your career. Design your week around your energy, not someone else’s schedule - with autonomy over your calendar, you reclaim the freedom to focus on what matters most.
Take the next step in your Physiotherapy journey with comprehensive training and development, so you can continue to grow.
Based in the North Lakes you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Our North Lakes office has a team of 21 clinicians with a make up of: 7 OT's, 5 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 3 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 2 Allied Health Assistant's.
We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload.
This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
These values guide how we work, lead and care — every day.
