Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the North West Slopes region of NSW to drive business growth and ensure customer success. You will act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative, executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships across farmers and graziers.

This hands-on role requires expansion focus, frequent travel within the territory, and collaboration with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets farming needs and delivers

Qualifications

• Sales and customer-success oriented candidate with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and fostering long-term relationships.
• Experience understanding post-sales value building and upselling to grow partnerships.
• Knowledge or passion for beef operations and farm operations is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expanding the customer base, managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting high-growth sales targets by qualifying demos, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Account management to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and smooth handoffs to onboarding.
• Own your territory and build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups in the beef industry.
• Assist in end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to share field insights for product improvements.
