Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the Riverina region of NSW to drive growth and ensure customer success for our livestock technology. You will prospect, manage the full sales cycle, and work with Product, Support and regional teams to deliver value to farmers.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting relationships.
• Passion or experience in beef industry; willingness to learn farm operations.
• Proactive, high-energy mindset with ability to thrive under pressure and own results.
• Strong territory management skills balancing sales and customer success.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and quick-thinking with cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and manage end-to-end pipeline.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage customer accounts for ongoing satisfaction, support, and onboarding.
• Own territory relationships with agricultural groups to build beef industry connections.
• Assist onboarding and deployment to ensure customer value.
• Gather field insights and coordinate with Support, Product and R&D.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
