Job summary

North Kirra SLS Supporters Club invites applications for an Assistant Manager role at our beachside venue. The successful candidate will bring hands-on hospitality leadership, a calm, positive attitude, and a commitment to community support for our volunteer lifeguards.

Experience in food and beverage service, gaming and keno is essential. The role involves supervising staff across days, nights, weekends and public holidays with flexible rosters and a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service along with gaming and keno is essential.
• Qld RSA and RSG essential; RMLV preferred.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a hospitality team in a busy beachside venue.
• Ensure high standards of service across days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Support community by assisting volunteer lifesavers and management.
