Job summary

Avalon Beach RSL Club on the NSW Northern Beaches is looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our operations team as a Front of House Supervisor. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service, assist in daily venue operations, supervise front-of-house staff, manage cash handling and admin, and ensure presentation standards.

You will use systems like Ebet Metropolis and Senpos, support events and promotions, and help maintain OLGR compliance and club policies.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RCG certifications (ARCG also an advantage).
• Experience in club or pub settings—food, beverage, and gaming.
• Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and organisational skills with a hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the venue.
• Ensure the club is presented to a high standard at all times.
• Accurate cash handling and administrative duties.
• Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff.
• Using digital systems such as Ebet Metropolis and Senpos.
• Supporting promotions and entertainment events.
• Reporting incidents in line with OLGR requirements.
• Maintaining compliance with all club policies and regulations.

About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals who can bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to our team. Ideally, you’ll have:
