Job summary

Beach House Seaside Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly casual receptionist to manage front office reception and administration. You will deliver warm guest service, handle check-in/check-out, and support daily hotel operations.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in hospitality, strong communication, a positive, self-motivated attitude, and availability to work weekends and additional hours. Knowledge of the local area and guest needs is preferred.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Well presented & effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
• Ensure smooth check in and check out process
• Complete all required administration tasks as required
• Attend to all guest requests efficiently and promptly in a professional manner
• Be solution focused for customer inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of surrounding local area
• Various other duties as they come to hand to assist in the smooth operation of the resort.
