Job summary

Long Reef Golf Club is seeking an experienced Hospitality Floor Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team across casual dining, bar, weddings and events. You will ensure outstanding service, manage multiple areas and uphold guest satisfaction in a beachfront Sydney venue.

The role suits a proactive leader with strong communication skills, capable of coordinating weddings, events and daily service in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Food & Beverage teams across multiple service areas.
• RSA & RCG required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to manage weddings & events and adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage team during service across restaurant, bar, weddings and events.
• Maintain high service standards for casual and formal events.
• Oversee operations and ensure smooth end-of-day routines and venue security.
