Job summary

Greenmount Surf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full time Function's Coordinator/ Front of House Manager to join our Restaurant and Function team. This role is based at Greenmount Beach and offers a dynamic, high-energy environment on the Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will lead a busy FOH and function team, manage shift patterns, and drive outstanding guest experiences. RSA and RSG certifications, strong communication, and a flexible approach to weekends and public

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and sunny disposition.
• Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Availability for split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work closely with Operations Manager and Chefs.
• Supervise FOH staff and support the team to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring staff for ongoing development.
• Ensure consistent product and service quality.
• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and function space.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
