Bathers' Pavilion in Sydney is seeking a professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team at Balmoral Beach, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. This role emphasizes seamless service and exceptional guest experiences during peak periods.

The position is available on a casual or part-time basis with full Australian working rights. You will collaborate with senior managers and renowned chefs, while enjoying a beach lifestyle and staff meals provided daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of responsibility.
• Ability to work cohesively within a high-performing team.
• Experience working with renowned chefs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the floor team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, meal timings, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and mentorship as required.
• Maintain an impeccable level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant Managers and Directors.
• Ensure a strong, dedicated presence on the floor during peak service times.
