• Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen with up-to-date references.
• Strong leadership, communication & people management skills.
• Calm under pressure, organized, and good with people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes for regular menus and daily specials.
• Cater to dietary preferences including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Manage stock ordering, deliveries, and inventory.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety regulations.
