Northies Cronulla Hotel, part of the Laundy Hotels family, is seeking a passionate Chef to join the line and lead cooking with a tight-knit kitchen team.

Reporting to Head Chef, you will maintain high standards, train juniors, manage GP and wage targets, and ensure hygiene compliance in a fast-paced beachside venue.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our kitchen team.
• Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality.
• Support junior chefs in their training and development.
• Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results.
• Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations.
• Wage management, stocktake and GP monitoring.
