Job summary

Kurrawa Surf Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Clerk to help manage daily finance and administration. This full‑time role sits at a beachfront location in Broadbeach, with close collaboration to Finance, HR, Marketing and operational teams.

You’ll process invoices, banking, reconciliations, stock records and AML/CTF/compliance tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting the broader club function.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping support or a relevant office administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with figures, transactions and reconciliations.
• Ability to organise workload, manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Friendly, professional manner with clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, petty cash, expenses and debtor payments accurately and promptly.
• Check supporting documents, identify discrepancies and follow up missing information or approvals.
• Post sales in Xero, assist with gaming banking, prepare and reconcile floats, coordinate change orders and complete ATM reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investigate differences and maintain clear records for reports and reviews.
• Maintain stock system records, create products, assist with stocktakes and data entry.
