Job summary

Blue Yonder Access in Perth (St George's Terrace) is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to generate revenue by building networks in building, local government, strata and facilities management. This role focuses on opening doors, identifying opportunities before competitors, and securing long-term client relationships.

You will identify tender opportunities, negotiate contracts and terms, and maintain ongoing client contact to explore upsell opportunities at industry events.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to open doors for growth
• Results-driven with a continuous improvement approach
• Must have right to work in Australia indefinitely
• Experience in building management, FM or strata industries
• Background in rope access, building maintenance, facilities management or similar

Competitive starting base salary of $115K plus super

Commission scheme that will deliver at least $200K OTE for success
