Job summary

Conquest Personnel in Australia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow long-term service and maintenance business across industrial products in NSW. This newly refreshed BDM role focuses on long-term service agreements with ~70% new business and 30% account growth, and can be based in Wetherill Park or Newcastle.

You will identify and develop opportunities, roll out service programs, build key accounts, gather customer feedback, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Prior business development experience with a genuine hunter mentality.
• A solution-selling background and comfortable building a commercial case, not just a technical one.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote/field-based role, balanced with a willingness to be in the office regularly to build relationships with the ops team.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills; PC literate (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel across the territory as required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Grow long-term service and maintenance business across industrial products in your territory - NSW. This is a newly refreshed BDM role focused on long-term service agreements, where roughly 70% of your time is spent winning new business and 30% on managing and growing key accounts. This role can be based in either Wetherill Park or Newcastle areas.
