Century Batteries Canberra is seeking a Battery Delivery Driver Sales & Service Representative to deliver products around Canberra and nearby areas while delivering outstanding customer care. You will manage deliveries, promote products, and identify new sales opportunities within the customer base.

The role emphasizes accurate paperwork, safe loading/unloading, and alignment with WH&S procedures. A background in sales and routing is preferred, with MR or HR licences required and forklift

• Proven success in sales in a previous role.
• Experience in routing and product delivery.
• High level of written and verbal communication.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills for field work and team collaboration.
• MR or HR licence is required; forklift licence is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Organise product delivery with effective territory management.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery and correct placement as per requirements.
• Deliver on the P.L.E.A.S.E. promise for each customer type.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Load and secure stock, reporting variances to the Manager.
• Check stock prior to loading and report any discrepancies.
• Support sales by promoting programs and new products.
• Identify sales opportunities within existing customers and pursue new accounts.
• Adhere to WH&S procedures and relevant legislation.

Battery Delivery Driver Sales & Service Representative (SSR)

As a Sales & Service Representative, your primary role will be focused on on-time product delivery around Canberra (and surrounds) and excellent customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the delivery of products using effective territory management
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery and placement of product to customers as per company and customer requirements
• Deliver P.L.E.A.S.E. promise as determined by Customer type
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
• Complete necessary documentation and loading of product to ensure achievement of agreed departure time from depot
• Check all stock prior to loading on vehicle and report variances to the Manager
• Sell in and implement promotional programs and new products
• Identify and act on sales opportunities within current customer base
• Identify, gather and assist in development of new business opportunities, increasing actual sales revenue by adding new accounts
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and WH&S procedures

• Proven success in sales in a previous role
• Previous experience in routing and product delivery
• High level of communication skills (written and verbal)
