Supercharge Batteries in Cairns is seeking a Storeperson to join our warehouse team. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and handle daily warehousing activities, including stock receiving, picking, packing and dispatch while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Essential requirements include a forklift licence (mandatory) and a current driver's licence. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and you must be capable of lifting batteries weighing up to 25 kg.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a storeperson to join our team.

Operating out of our Cairns site, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for the main warehousing activitieswhilst delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders daily.

Your main duties, whilst not limited to, will include the following:

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and filling orders from stock.
• Packing and shipping orders.
• Organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
• Delivering products to customers.
• Providing great service to our customers at all times.
• Assisting with battery fittings.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Working harmoniously with theteam to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures in place.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following competencies:

• Forklift Licence (Mandatory)
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Excellent phone/personal customer service skills
• Current DriverLicence
• Excellent inventory and housekeeping skills
• A good level of fitness is required asyou will be regularly handling batteries weighing up to 25 kg
