Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Concrete Batcher for our Burleigh Heads operation. You will batch and load our fleet for deliveries, make decisions impacting performance, and coordinate fleet planning to maximise productivity.

Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work long hours are essential. Previous batching experience is helpful; training will be provided. Front End Loader and forklift tickets are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete batching or truck scheduling is desirable
• Ability to plan and coordinate fleet to meet customer needs
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
