Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a reliable, safety-focused individual to join our Concrete Plant operations based out of Burleigh Heads. You will manage batching and loading for delivery to customers, engage with clients, and coordinate orders to meet quality standards.

This permanent full-time role requires willingness to work long hours, strong teamwork, and the ability to plan under pressure. Training will be provided for relevant equipment and processes.

Qualifications

Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operationsbased out of Burleigh Heads.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

At Heidelberg Materials Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry’s, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.
Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.
