Maestro Hospitality is seeking a Casual Cocktail Bartender to join the team at a'Mare & Vista'Mare Sydney, located in Crown Sydney. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails, deliver outstanding guest service, and contribute to a premium hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender.

The Role

We are seeking an experiencedCasual Cocktail Bartenderto join our front-of-house team at a'Mare & Vista'Mare Sydney.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the warmth, elegance and professionalism our venues are renowned for.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume premium dining environment.
• Uphold venue standards, policies and service procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
• Pouring an excellent coffee with gorgeous latte art

About You

• You'll ideally have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits.
• Knowledge of Italian amari, aperitivi and Italian spirits is a major advantage.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Current NSW RSA.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
