Job summary

Artemus Group is seeking a Bartender for CIAO at the New Farm precinct in Brisbane. You will craft cocktails and beverages, engage guests and support the bar team during peak service hours.

The role requires proven bartending experience in high-volume or premium venues, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. RSA compliance and a collaborative, energetic culture are emphasized.

Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, Ciao Papi is the perfect spot to sit and take in the river views whilst relaxing over a delicious Italian meal with friends, colleagues, neighbours and family.

As a Bartender at CIAO, you’ll be at the heart of the action, creating great drinks, connecting with guests, and bringing energy to every service. You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager and wider team to deliver an exceptional bar experience while keeping the drinks flowing and the good times going.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide friendly, engaging and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar
• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standard
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our drinks menu and confidently make recommendations to guests

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
