Job summary

Next Hotel Melbourne is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be the face behind the bar, serving classic and creative drinks with a focus on quality, speed and hospitality.

You’ll ensure the bar is well presented, guest expectations are exceeded, and operations run smoothly from start to finish, working with a professional team in a city centre setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or hospitality environments.
• Strong service mindset and guest focus.
• RSA certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
