Job summary

St Albans Hospitality is looking for experienced bartenders to join our teams across Brisbane’s celebrated venues in James Street. If you thrive in fast-paced service and love creating a great guest experience, this could be your next move.

Shake cocktails, pour wine, manage a busy bar, and contribute to a lively, high-standard hospitality team. You’ll need a current Queensland RSA, full Australian working rights, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
• Solid cocktail, wine, beer and spirits knowledge.
• A confident, friendly and outgoing personality.
• The ability to stay sharp, organised and positive when the bar gets busy.

Responsibilities

• Shaking, stirring, pouring and serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits with confidence.
• Bringing personality, energy and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction.
• Keeping your bar organised, stocked and ready to go when service gets busy.

Whether you’re shaking cocktails, pouring the perfect wine or keeping things moving through a packed service, you’ll be working with great products, experienced teams and some seriously impressive venues.

Shaking, stirring, pouring and serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits with confidence.

Keeping your bar organised, stocked and ready to go when service gets busy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
