Job summary

Anyday in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead on the floor, coach the bar team and uphold our high-energy drinks program. You will work closely with the Bar Manager to maintain service standards, beverage quality and guest experience during busy service periods.

The role requires past leadership of bar shifts in a high-volume venue, strong cocktail and wine knowledge, calm communication under pressure, and a proactive approach to stock control and wastage minimisation.

Qualifications

The Role

Golden Avenue is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to join our leadership team. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor, support and develop the bar team, and help deliver the high-energy service and exceptional drinks program that Golden Avenue has become known for.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume venues and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You'll take ownership of service standards, beverage quality and team performance while fostering a positive and collaborative culture behind the bar.

This role will suit someone who has:

• Previous experience leading bar shifts in a high-volume venue
• Strong cocktail, wine and beverage knowledge
• Confidence leading, coaching and motivating a team during busy services
• A fun, mature and energetic leadership style
• Calm communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• A strong focus on guest experience and service standards
• Experience with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
• The ability to maintain consistency in drink quality and speed of service
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A current RSA certificate
