Job summary

Harbour Hospitality & Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Bartender and Front of House team member to join our vibrant venues in Paddington and Erskineville. You will deliver cocktails, beer and wine service while keeping the bar organised and ready for trade, with guest engagement at the heart of service.

We value calm, reliable professionals with RSA and Food Handler certs, at least one year of busy-bar experience, and the ability to thrive during peak service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's bartending experience in a busy venue.
• Basic cocktail, wine and beer knowledge.
• Solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise during busy services.
• Confident communicating with guests and making recommendations.
• Professional, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Current NSW RSA and Food Handler Certificate are required.
• Must have Australian working rights.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take ownership of bar setup, service and close-down procedures.
• Engage guests and provide beverage recommendations.
• Ensure and uphold guest experience throughout their journey with us.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and correctly stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements.
• Assist with stocktakes, transfers, wastage and breakage recording.
