Qualifications

• RSA certificate and full Australian working rights.
• Experience behind a luxury hotel bar preferred.
• Ability to prepare classic and contemporary cocktails to standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized bar area during service.
• Engage guests to deliver personalised luxury experiences.
• Stock control, opening/closing procedures and quality presentation.
• Work with a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
