Your expertise in mixology and beverage service will ensure that our patrons receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be a vital part of our bar as we extend our trade leading into summer. This permanent, full-time position is essential for the smooth operation of our bar, contributing to the overall success of our hospitality offerings.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Mandatory certifications in responsible service of alcohol and food safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated understanding of local liquor licensing laws and venue capacity management regulations.
• Relevant certifications in responsible service of alcohol and food safety are preferred.
• Valid Australian work rights, with RSA and Food Handlers Basic Certificate.
