Job summary

Rose of Australia Hotel in Erskineville is seeking casual bar staff to join our busy venue. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, mix and serve drinks, take and deliver food orders, and support the team during events across weekends.

We value experience in hospitality, strong customer service, and a passion for guest experiences. RSA/RCG certification is required before starting, and Friday nights and Saturdays availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in bar or hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations.
• RSA & RCG certification must be obtained before starting.
• Cocktail experience is advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Must be able to work weekends, including Friday nights and Saturdays.
• Living locally and having transport for home.
