Job summary

Harbour Hospitality is seeking a Bartender and Front of House staff to join our vibrant team across Sydney venues. You will deliver cocktails, beer and wine service while keeping the bar organised and ready for trade.

You should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, basic cocktail knowledge, and NSW RSA plus Food Handler certificates. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected; casual roles available at Paddington and Erskineville.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending in a busy venue.
• Basic cocktail, wine and beer knowledge.
• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise during busy services.
• RSA and Food Handler certificates are required.

Responsibilities

You will deliver cocktails, beer and wine service while keeping the bar organised, stocked and ready for trade. Here, your human skills when engaging with guests matter just as much as your bar skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

About you

• Professional, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Current NSW RSA and Food Handler Certificate are required.
• Must have valid Australian working rights.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
