Job summary

Crafty’s Harbour Town on the Gold Coast seeks an energetic, hands-on leader to grow and develop our people while delivering world-class service to guests. You will help manage day-to-day operations, shape the team culture, and ensure the venue remains clean, safe and vibrant from day through night shifts.

Ideal candidates will train and develop others, implement management programmes, and maintain strong communication. RSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a strong team and culture.
• Able to deliver world-class service every day.
• Ability to create and implement management development programmes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of food and bar operations.
• High level of presentation and keen eye for detail.
• Current RSA certification.

The role:

• Responsible for the growth and development of our people
• Providing world class, energetic and fun service to our guests
• Ensuring the team delivers the best experience on the Gold Coast
• Support the day-to-day management of the venue
• Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance during the day and night
• Ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained venue at all times
• Support the delivery of all standard operating systems
• Be accountable for rostering, labour and ordering
• Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions and menu ideasto drive revenue growth
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S and OLGR polices
