Local House Bar & Grill in Beeliar, Perth WA is seeking an experienced Bar Manager or Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a busy pub or bar, strong leadership and communication skills, RSA, and WA Approved Manager accreditation or willingness to obtain it.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality management or supervisory experience.
• RSA certificate.
• WA Approved Manager accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily bar and venue operations.
• Lead, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff.
• Manage stock control, ordering and inventory.
• Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements.
• Support rostering, staff performance and cost control.
• Assist with functions, events and promotions.
