Job summary

Varsity in Perth is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality leader to manage front-of-house operations across busy venues. You’ll be hands-on at the bar, mixing cocktails, serving food and guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You bring proven leadership in hospitality, a valid RSA/Approved Managers card, and a hands-on, positive approach. Experience in arcade or bowling venues is a big plus, and opportunities for growth abound.

• Proven experience leading hospitality teams

• Ability to coach and develop team members to deliver great service
• Understanding of venue operations and standards

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on behind the bar, mix drinks, serve food and take orders.
• Coach staff to uphold hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Support a fun-first culture and venue atmosphere.
• Maintain venue cleanliness, maintenance and vibe to ensure consistency.
• Assist venue management with opening/closing duties and staff shifts.
• Oversee arcade/bowling area operations, ticketing, and card redemption.
