We’re searching for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead from the front and continue building one of Queensland’s premier beverage destinations.

Job Description

As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri, leading one of Noosa’s busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award‑winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.

You’ll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, creating an environment where exceptional service, strong leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
