Job summary

Miami Marketta on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead a vibrant gin-focused cocktail bar and support a high-energy live music venue. You will mentor bar staff, deliver guest-focused service, and work closely with venue management to elevate operations and events.

You will bring knowledge of premium spirits, a strong RSA, and a passion for connecting with guests and touring artists in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and event shift availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Supervisor or senior bartender/mixologist.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, especially gin.
• Enjoy live music/events and energetic venue atmosphere.
• Builds genuine connections with guests and artists.
• Leads by example with a positive, hands-on attitude.
• Thrives in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Holds a current RSA certificate.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and event shifts.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and RSA compliance.
• Working closely with the Venue Managers to continually improve operations.
• Reporting directly to the Beverage and Venue Managers.
