Qualifications

• Proven experience managing premium, high-volume cocktail venues.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading large hospitality teams.
• Passion for developing people and building positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of Queensland’s busiest premium cocktail bars.
• Inspire, mentor and develop a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through every service.
• Manage labour, beverage costs, stock control and financial performance.
• Develop seasonal cocktail menus and innovative beverage offerings.
• Work closely with Head Sommelier and leadership team at Cibaria.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.
