Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for hospitality leaders who deliver exceptional service, inspire teams, and create memorable moments reflecting warmth, elegance, and personalised luxury.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily outlet operations, mentor team members, drive service rituals, and ensure guest interactions are seamless and thoughtful across premium dining and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Food & Beverage Attendant.
• Strong leadership to inspire and support teams.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, events, hotels or resorts.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• RSA certificate and ability to work in high-volume environments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Leading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during service.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues professionally.
• Training, coaching and developing team members to uphold service standards and rituals.
• Ensuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across all outlets.
• Driving a culture of hospitality excellence through leading by example.
• Ensuring service standards, presentation and cleanliness are maintained.
• Assisting with rostering, stock control and operational planning.
• Driving food and beverage sales through product knowledge and upselling.
• Supporting conferences, events and functions as required.
• Managing opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Working closely with operational departments to deliver seamless service.

Job Description

Elysium Noosa is seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for hospitality leaders who are committed to delivering exceptional service, inspiring teams, and creating memorable moments that reflect the warmth, elegance and personalised luxury synonymous with the Elysium experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play an integral role in bringing the Elysium guest journey to life. Leading by example, you will oversee daily outlet operations, champion our service rituals, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Working across a variety of premium dining and beverage experiences, you will mentor and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful and memorable.

• Strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails and beverage service
• Current RSA Certificate
• Ability to remain calm and organised in high-volume environments
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
